New plants for the semi-automatic bagging of asphalt in bags type "open mouth" of polyethylene, etc.
The plant has the following characteristics:

• Production by 80...120(*) bags/h 25kg each
• Screw conveyor for greater accuracy of dosing
• Gate valve actuated by a pneumatic cylinder
• Weighing platform run by dedicated electronic control unit
• Conveyor belt complete with detection sensor of bag
• Welding station (or sewing) for the sealing of the bags
• Compressor unit for the production of compressed air
• Electrical control panel.
