The plants Madia Group Srls are designed for production of bitumen emulsion of an acid nature (cationic), basic (anionic) and modified, with a bitumen content of ca. 50 to 69%.
The force-feeding to the mill Colloidal of the two phases, namely the soap solution and bitumen, by means of metering pumps allows to obtain bituminous emulsions of excellent quality.
The heart of the system is the so-called Colloidal Mill, inside which the two phases (water and bitumen) meet and here the mechanical cutting action of the mill causes the bitumen is dispersed in the soapy phase in drops of dimensions micrometer.
The wide range of flexibility allows you to build systems with hourly production varies from 3 to 10 tonnes and a choice of cylindrical or rectangular section. The tubs of water and bitumen are replaceable to facilitate the maintenance and the possible replacement of those that may be worn.
Depending on the type and level of automation of each system, are then available various optional (flow meters, pump load bitumen and water, heat exchangers, load cells and level sensors for food additives, PLC control and Touch Screen, etc.).
