New plants for the semi-automatic bagging of asphalt in bags type "open mouth" of polyethylene, etc.
The plant has the following characteristics:
- Production by 80...120(*) bags/h 25kg each
- Screw conveyor for greater accuracy of dosing
- Gate valve actuated by a pneumatic cylinder
- Weighing platform run by dedicated electronic control unit
- Conveyor belt complete with detection sensor of bag
- Welding station (or sewing) for the sealing of the bags
- 2° Conveyor belt, with adjustable inclination, for platform loading
- Compressor unit for the production of compressed air
- Electrical control panel.
